The Pilates Boutique is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Heathfield, East Sussex, created for people who want to feel confident in their body and enjoy moving more. We focus on well-coached Reformer Pilates in a supportive studio environment, with small group classes and a clear, results-led approach.

Our aim is simple: to help you build strength, mobility, and balance in a way that supports everyday life, sport, and the activities you love. We want you to leave each session feeling better than when you arrived, and we place real value on the friendly community feel that makes coming to class something to look forward to.

Classes take place on A8-Pro Align Reformers, with mirrors and small equipment in a boutique studio setting. Reformer Pilates is for everyone, including beginners and those returning after injury, and we keep sessions accessible, clear, and appropriately challenging, whatever your starting point.

The Pilates Boutique is led by Lisa, whose background combines professional movement training with extensive Pilates education. Lisa trained at the Central School of Ballet in London, later qualified as a personal trainer, and went on to complete a range of Pilates training across matwork and large equipment, bringing a practical, thoughtful approach to every class.
